A hall that's ready for your event

Two halls, 70 and 300 seats. Name the date, we handle the rest.

Progress through learning, growth through knowledge.

Belief

We believe every second spent on knowledge is the most valuable investment in a nation's future.

Services

We hand over the event, not the room

What ruins an event day is rarely the room: the coffee is late, the camera operator doesn't show, the microphone won't turn on — and every one of those lands on you. So we do all of it ourselves, from the coffee break to the final edit.

  • One contract
  • One person answering
  • One invoice

01 / 08

With or without desks

We set the room to the format: desks for a course where people write, chairs only for a large audience.

The wrong arrangement quietly ruins a day: without desks people write on their knees, and with them a full room still looks half empty.

  • Chairs only — up to 300 seats
  • Desks for courses where people write
  • The room is set the day before

02 / 08

Coffee break

Tea, coffee and something light, timed to your breaks rather than ours.

The break is the most useful quarter-hour of the day — it is where people actually meet. Send them out of the building for coffee and they come back forty minutes later.

  • Tea, coffee and water
  • Light snacks and fruit
  • Timed to your running order

03 / 08

Business lunch

Lunch for a full-day event, so nobody leaves the building and the schedule holds.

On a full-day event, lunch is where the schedule breaks. Let the room out to find food and the day loses an hour and a few of the people in it.

  • A hot meal, in the same building
  • Served seated or standing
  • Priced by head count

04 / 08

Dinner and receptions

Banquet seating at round tables, for award evenings and formal receptions.

People forget the formal half and remember the evening. The light and the table at the moment of the award are what end up in the photographs.

  • Round tables, banquet seating
  • Stage and stage lighting already in place
  • For award evenings and receptions

05 / 08

Video operator

We film the whole event: the speaker, the room's reaction and what's on screen.

The event lasts a day; the video works all year. It is the recording, not the day, that fills the next room.

  • The speaker, the room and the screen
  • The whole event, start to finish
  • Sound taken off the mixing desk

06 / 08

Editing

Finished video — the full recording plus short cuts for social.

An unedited recording is a two-hour file nobody opens. A short cut travels the same week.

  • The full recording, audio cleaned up
  • Short cuts sized for social
  • Files handed over after the event

07 / 08

Event organising

Running order, registration, what happens on stage. We run teaching events ourselves, so we know how the day goes.

We run teaching events ourselves, which is why we know in advance where a schedule breaks: at registration, at the break, and on the walk to the stage.

  • A minute-by-minute running order
  • Registration and meeting guests
  • Stage order and working with speakers

08 / 08

Technical support

Someone from our team is there throughout. A microphone problem is not your problem.

In the thirty seconds after a microphone dies, the room looks at you, not at the speaker. Our technician stands there so those thirty seconds never happen.

  • In the room from start to finish
  • Microphones, screen, projector, sound
  • A full check before the doors open

The process

How booking works

Four steps. No paperwork pile, no waiting.

  1. 01

    You send an enquiry

The date, roughly what time, and how many people. Telegram or phone — either works.

  2. 02

    We pick the hall

We propose the room, the seating layout and an exact price, and confirm the date the same day.

  3. 03

    We set it up

Desks, equipment, coffee break — as agreed, and checked before anyone arrives.

  4. 04

    You run your event

You handle the event. The room and the equipment are ours to worry about.
