Frequently asked
What does hiring a hall cost?
It depends on the hall, the date, how long you need it, how many are coming and which services you add, so we don't publish a figure. Write to us and we'll send an exact quote the same day.
How many people do the halls hold?
The small hall takes 70 and the large hall takes 300. Those are the chairs-only figures; adding desks reduces them, and we'll give you the exact number when you ask.
What's included in the price?
The hall, the seating you asked for, large screens, projector, microphones, sound, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and tech support. Coffee break, lunch and filming are arranged separately.
Can we order a coffee break, lunch or dinner?
Yes — coffee break, business lunch and banquet are all available. Tell us the headcount and when your breaks fall, and we'll fit it around the schedule.
Do you film the event?
Yes. A video operator covers the event start to finish, and after the edit you get the full recording plus short cuts for social.
How does booking work?
Send us the date and headcount on Telegram or by phone; we confirm availability and price. If you need paperwork, we'll draw up a contract.
Can we see the hall beforehand?
Of course. Write to us, we'll agree a time and show you the halls in person.
